Cynthia is an energetic and enthusiastic facilitator who thrives on creating engaging, inspiring and practical learning experiences. Since 1999, she has designed and delivered various programmes for both private sector and public-service organisations covering the topics such as leadership and team development; design thinking, innovation and change management. Some of her more notable achievements are in the capacity building and reform programmes for public service in emerging economies such as Laos, Cambodia and Sri Lanka. At present, other than being involved in the training of trainers, curriculum developers and consultants, Cynthia is also a career advisor for the Training and Adult Education Sector in Singapore.
